Role within ProPollSoil

Within ProPollSoil, the Functional Genomics and Animal Behaviour Lab plays a central role in experimental and laboratory-based studies, investigating how soil properties, management practices, and environmental stressors influence pollinator physiology, microbiomes, and behaviour at the molecular level (WP4). UNIMI also contributes to pan-European monitoring and data analysis by linking soil conditions with genetic and behavioural responses of soil-dependent pollinators (WP3).
